As the sportier sibling of Fiat, one of the founding members of the Motability Scheme, Abarth cars are easily adaptable for disabled people.
Many of the Abarth cars are available through the scheme, including the 500, the 500C and the 595. All of these models take on the compact body shape of the Fiat 500, making them easy and fun to drive, and you’ll also find a range of additional luxurious, sporty features. They’re athletic to drive, with punchy engines and sharper handling.
All eligible Motability customers can choose a brand new Abarth for their everyday transport. As long as your Mobility allowance will cover the length of the lease, you can have your car for up to three years.
We’ll fit your choice of Abarth with a series of adaptations to make it more suitable for you, with driving, access and stowage modifications available. These include making it easier for you to get in and out of the car, and to carry a mobility aid. Then there are driving modifications which add controls by the steering wheel so they’re within reach and easy to use. The scheme covers the cost of most of the adaptations.
We understand that getting a new vehicle that’s perfectly adapted to you can feel like a challenge, which is why we’ll take care of the whole process for you. Once we’ve helped you to select your Abarth, we’ll organise the finance plan and manage the adaptations. Then we’ll make sure that the breakdown cover and insurance (both of which are included in the scheme), are in place, and organise further car maintenance appointments.
You can find out more about each of the Abarth cars available through the scheme and the offers we currently have available, either here on our website or at our Bristol showroom. Remember, we’re here to help, so speak to our Motability experts if you have any questions by phoning us, calling in or making an enquiry.
